Unfortunately, there is no treatment that can reverse or cure the tendency to develop varicose veins. However, most patients do achieve relief from the symptoms of their varicosities.
Although serious complications from the treatments are uncommon, patients should always consider whether their vein problem is enough to warrant the small risks involved, particularly for cosmetic varicosities.
